Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days to US and 10–20 business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Cadeau piece. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. To start a return, contact us on our Contact page and we'll sort it out promptly.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
